The population of the study is 42 principals and 98 a vice-principal of secondary and high schools in Bolu. 105 school managers participated in the study. In the study, “The Organizational Creativity Inventory" developed by Balay (2010) and Turkish form of "Self-Efficacy Scale" developed by Gözüm and Aksayan (1999) were used. In the study frequency, percentage values and mean and standard deviation scores were calculated. Additionally, Mann Whitney - U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used. For the analysis of the data SPSS 17.0 was used. Concerning the organizational creativity competencies of administrators, no significant differences were observed according to the gender, marital status, position at school, type of school, years of experience, years of experience in management and age. When the self-efficacy of administrators are concerned, no significant differences were found according to the gender, marital status, position at school, type of school, years of experience and age; on the other hand, there were significant differences according to years of experience in management in favor of school managers having 6-10 years of experience in management on organizational creativity. According to results, there is a positive, statistically significant and medium level relationship between the organizational creativity and self-efficacy of school principals.},author={Şenay SEZGİN NARTGÜN-- Sibel DEMİRER},year={2015},journal={The Journal of International Educational Sciences}}
