In the research, one of the qualitative research methods, “document analysis” was employed. When collecting data about inspection and investigation of school principals the last five years are analyzed. The documents analized in thre study belong to last five years by year of 2011. The data were analyzed by content analysis method. It is detected that 125 out of a total of 590 school principals had at least one inspection or investigation.
