Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship between teachers’ organizational identification and organizational communication levels. Relational screening model was used in this research. The participants of this research are teachers who work in state schools in central districts of Kayseri city in the academic year 2014-2015. Data was collected from 384 teachers through cluster sampling method. In the study, organizational identification scale was used in order to determine teachers’ organizational identification levels and organizational communication scale was used in order to determine their organizational communication levels. At the end of the study, teachers’ organizational identification and communication levels were found at “I agree” level. It was determined that teachers’ organizational identification and organizational communication levels showed statistical significance in term of gender, marital status, the grade of school being worked and seniority variables. At the end of the study, it was found out that there was a high-level and positive relationship between teachers’ organizational identification and organizational communication levels.
