Abstract

The concept of organizational culture facilitates the understanding and analysis of triggers predisposing the construct, improvement and practice in educational organizations such as universities. This notion also identifies a variety of ways to improve the administration of universities, increase effectiveness, and develop reform strategies. The analysis of a university’s organizational culture can be made through not only resolving of the networks related to the university but also being interpreted these networks by all the stakeholders.
