To reach the targets of the education in the classroom is only passible with successful classroom management. This research tries to find out the primary and secondary school teachers’ tendency according to their own senses. It’s a descriptive work out prepared by trimping the model of relationships. The sample of this research was prepared by working with 325 school teachers who work in 15 different primary and secondary schools in Mersin in 2014-2015. A survey with 47 items with five lower parts is used to find out “Classroom Management Tendencies”. The results were analized with SPSS 20 packet programme. While analizing supplies frequency percentage, arithmetic mean, t-test, Anova test, bidirectional, Anova test were used. Finally after all these studies it can be said that the point of views of teachers about classroom management doesn’t differ according to the attendance number in class and to the schools which they were graduated from, but differs according to their sexes, branches, the level of their classes and the duration of their teaching experiences.
