Self-efficacy belief is a concept expressing the belief that a person can accomplish a certain tas kor arrive certain goals. It was found that students with high academic self-efficacy beliefs were inclined to be more academically successful and able to use effective learning strategies than the students having low self-efficacy beliefs. For this reason, it was important to investigate the academic self-efficacy beliefs of high school students. In this study, the academic self-efficacy beliefs of the students who were in different departments in senior years in Konya province were determined and investigated for the reasons whether the academic self-efficacy belief level scores were significantly different in terms of gender, education part and internet usage time. The research was conducted in the spring period of 2015-2016. The population group of the study consisted of 280 students. The general screening model was used in the research and the research data were obtained by using the "Academic Self-efficacy Scale" developed by Jerusalem and Schwarzer in 1981 and adapted to Turkish by Yılmaz, Gürçay and Ekici. The Cronbach Alpha reliability value of the scale was found to be. 79. The Academic Self-Efficacy Scale is applicable to all groups at high school and higher levels, in order to determine the self-efficacy beliefs in scientific areas according to the situation and needs. . The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 20 program and the arithmetic mean and standart deviation values of students' opinions about academic self-efficacy beliefs were determined. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for the data having no normal distribution. According to the results of the research, it was determined that students' academic self-efficacy beliefs were lower levels. Although some items of the scale had high values in favor of male students, these differences were not statistically significant. Female students have the belief that they will be more successful in examinations and that they are experiencing more confusion during the preparation phase of exams. It was seen that there was a difference among high school students' academic self-efficacy beliefs average scores in favor of students in equally weighted areas. But this difference is not statistically significant. According to the variable as internet use, it was seen that there was a significant difference between the average scores of high school students' academic self-efficacy beliefs.
