TEACHERS RELATED VIEWS ABOUT THE DIFFICULTIES FACED AT SECONDARY SCHOOL MUSIC LESSONS ORTAOKUL MÜZİK DERSLERİNDE ÖĞRETMENLERİN KARŞILAŞTIKLARI GÜÇLÜKLERE İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ
The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of the secondary school music teachers about the difficulties they encounter in their music classes.. The study utilized the pattern of phenomenology , one of the qualitative research patterns. The working group constitutes 10 music teachers working in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the province of Altınordu, Ordu. Semi-structured interview form consisting of open-ended questions was used to determine teacher opinions. Phenomenological analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the research, music teachers have reached some difficulties due to their teaching program, students, parents, school management and school facilities. The results obtained are discussed in the light of the literature and suggestions are presented.
