As a result of the research, I "agree" with school administrators' perceptions of intellectual capital awareness and use; And that the perceptions of innovation management are "totally agree". According to the gender variable, the use of intellectual capital and innovation management ability perception did not differ significantly. According to the manager, the intellectual capital of the intellectual capital was significantly different in favor of the school principals in the structural capital, information and information technologies, innovation and R & D sub-dimensions, and in the sense of innovation management competence, there was a meaningful difference in favor of school principals. A significant difference was found in the innovation and R & D sub-dimension of the intellectual capital in favor of the second group between school managers with 1-5 years of seniority and school managers with 6-15 years of seniority according to seniority.
