THE EVALUATİON OF VALUES EDUCATİON APPLİCATİONS CARRİED OUT IN PRİMARY SCHOOLS ACCORDİNG TO THE VİEWS OF SCHOOL ADMİNİSTRATOR AND CLASS TEACHERS (THE EXAMPLE OF SELÇUKLU-KONYA) İLKOKULLARDA UYGULANAN DEĞERLER EĞİTİMİ UYGULAMALARININ YÖNETİCİ VE SINIF ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN GÖRÜŞLERİNE GÖRE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (KONYA-SELÇUKLU ÖRNEĞİ)
The purpose of this research is to reveal the applications of values educations carried out in primary schools by evaluating in the direction of the views of school administrators and class teachers. This research is a qualitative work. Two seperate semi-structured interview forms with 5 questions and 4 questions prepared during acquiring the data, were used. The descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the data. The working group of the research contains with the participation of 35 school administrators and 100 class teachers working in Selçuklu District of Konya province during 2015-2016 education year.The research data was obtained by taking the face-to-face views of 100 class teachers and 35 school administrators with interview form When the research finding was examined, the class teachers stated that SEDEP created awareness on student about values and the students learned the values such as tolerance, generosity, respect, love, cooperation, patience, responsibility and cleaning through activities. After SEDEP started to be implemented, they said that there were serious changes in the students' behaviors in the positive direction. The opinions and suggestions of the school administrators to boost the effectiveness of SEDEP are stated as necessary work should be done for teachers to adopt the project , the consideration of the project as an obligatory application should be prevented , activities should be done under the name of a course by taking them to the ministry curricula , activities should be included in which the student can take a role in an active way , the parents' participation should be provided.
