Abstract

The aim of this study is revealing the relation between the class teachers’ self-efficiency with teaching technologies and talents of material designing. Descriptive scanning method used in the research. The population of the study forms the 720 class teachers working at province Van, town Erciş in 2016-2017. In the study, 312 class teachers has participated, these teachers have been chosen among the teachers working at the schools of the Ministry of National Education at province Van, town Erciş in 2016-2017 years, and they have been chosen by the way of using random sampling a kind of unlikely sampling methods. The data has been analyzed by the mean of SPSS Program. According to obtained data, it has been reached these results. The self-sufficiency perception of the class teachers is sufficient level. The self-sufficiency perception of the class teachers doesn’t be come different according to gender and period of service factors. Teaching Technologies and talents of material designing of the class teachers affect the self-sufficiency perception of them. In other words, the self-sufficiency perception of the class teachers increases as long as teaching Technologies and talents of material designing of the class teachers increase.
