Abstract

The aim of this study is to define the relationship between primary school teaching students’ cyberbullying behaviors and their being subject of cyberbullying behaviors. The study was carried out with 200 students who are studying at the department of primary school teaching at Erciyes University. The questionnaire used for the study consists of five parts; the form containing demographic questions, internet purpose, influence of cyberbullying, standard of knowledge about cyberbullying, whether he/she or a relative has been cyberbullied and whether he/she has cyberbullied anyone. A cyberbully-victim scale containing 19 items has also been used to gather information. Using statistical analysis program, the data has been analyzed in computer by making use of percentage and frequency distribution, T-test and ANOVA test.
