The study is formed with a screening model. All the primary school student parents on Turkey is included in the target population of the study. The data has been gathered from 533 primary school students picked impartially of this target population.The study has been carried out by means of representing all targeted population of Turkey with the participation of parents of 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th graders studying in primary schools at Tokat in 2014-2015 Academic Year. The survey has been carried out by the approval of Governorship of Tokat and by the courtesy of Provincial Directorate for National Education of Tokat. The collection and delivery of the survey; and the data entry, analysis and interpretation have been conducted by the researcher himself.
