Abstract
Bu çalışmanın genel amacı Gaziantep Üniversitesi’nde lisans eğitimi alan öğrencilerin öğrenim gördükleri yükseköğretim kurumlarındaki öğretim süreçleri ve öğrenme kaynaklarının kalitesine ilişkin görüşlerinin belirli demografik değişkenlere göre anlamlı şekilde farklılaşıp farklılaşmamakta olduğunun belirlenmesidir. İlişkisel tarama modeli ile desenlenen araştırmanın verileri evrenden rastgele örneklem yoluyla seçilen 789 öğrenciye ölçek uygulanması yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmış olup, normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilen veri setine Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi ve Çok Değişkenli Varyans Analizi uygulanmış ve anlamlılık .05 düzeyinde aranmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; katılımcıların görüşlerinin bazı alt boyutlarda öğrenim görülen program değişkenine göre, tüm alt boyutlarda ise öğrenim görülen fakülte değişkenine göre anlamlı derecede farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda öğrenim görülen program ve fakülte değişkenlerinin yükseköğretim kurumundaki öğretim süreçleri ve öğrenme kaynaklarına yönelik tutum üzerinde önemli pay sahibi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular literatürdeki benzer araştırma sonuçları ekseninde tartışılmış ve bulgular doğrultusunda çeşitli öneriler getirilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of the present study is to determine whether the views of B. A. students in Gaziantep University on the quality of teaching process and learning resources of their higher education institution differ significantly according to certain demographic variables. The study was designed in the correlational survey model and the data were obtained by applying the scale to randomly selected 796 students. In data analysis, SPSS 20 program was used and the following parametric analyses were applied to the data set showing normal distribution: Independent Samples T Test and multivariate analysis of variance and .05 was accepted as the significance level. According to research findings, the participants’ views differed significantly in some of the sub-dimensions according to program they study and in all of the sub-dimensions according to faculty they study. In this respect, it is extrapolated that certain demographic variables have a significant role on the students’ attitudes towards the teaching process and learning resources in higher education institutions. The findings and results were discussed in parallel with similar researches in the literature and some recommendations were taken place in this respect.
