Abstract
Bu araştırmada, ilkokul öğrenci velilerinin çocuk haklarına ilişkin görüşlerini ve bu görüşlerin çeşitli değişkenlere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma tarama modeli ile desenlenmiştir. Hedef evrende, Türkiye’deki tüm ilkokul öğrenci velileri yer almaktadır. Veriler, bu evrenden yansız olarak seçilen 533 ilkokul öğrenci velisinden toplanmıştır. Araştırma, Türkiye’yi temsil edecek biçimde 2014-2015 öğretim yılında Tokat ilindeki ilkokullarda 1., 2., 3, ve 4. sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin velilerinin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma Tokat İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü izni ve Tokat Valilik onayı ile yapılmıştır. Anketlerin dağıtımı, toplanması, verilerin girilmesi, analizi ve yorumlanması bizzat araştırmacı tarafından yapılmıştır. Veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed at presenting the primary school parents’ views on children’s rights and if those views differentiate to a variety of factors or not. The study is formed with a screening model. All the primary school student parents on Turkey is included in the target population of the study. The data has been gathered from 533 primary school students picked impartially of this target population.The study has been carried out by means of representing all targeted population of Turkey with the participation of parents of 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th graders studying in primary schools at Tokat in 2014-2015 Academic Year. The survey has been carried out by the approval of Governorship of Tokat and by the courtesy of Provincial Directorate for National Education of Tokat. The collection and delivery of the survey; and the data entry, analysis and interpretation have been conducted by the researcher himself. The data has been analyzed with the help of SPSS.
