Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin performans özdeğerlendirmelerini betimlemek için vinyet tekniğine dayalı geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Konya’nın merkez ilçelerinde ilkokul düzeyindeki okullarda, 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında eğitim vermekte olan 347 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin 192’si kadın, 155’i erkektir. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliğine ilişkin bulgular yapılan açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin kararlı ölçümler yapıp yapmadığı test tekrar test yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen Performans Özdeğerlendirme Ölçeği’nin (ÖPÖÖ) ölçüt geçerliği ise korelasyon katsayıları hesaplanarak belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğine yönelik bulguların ortaya konabilmesi için Cronbach Alpha kat sayısı dikkate alınmış ve yapılan analizlere göre ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. ÖPÖÖ’nin AFA sonuçlarına göre faktör yüklerinin .416 ile .738 arasındadır. ÖPÖÖ’nin bütün maddelerin faktör yükleri kabul edilen .40’ın üzerinde olup maddelerin istenen yapıyı ölçtüğü varsayılmıştır. Maddeler kümelendikleri faktörler alınyazına göre isimlendirilmiştir. Birinci faktör “Hazırlık ve Planlama”, ikinci faktör “Öğretim Hizmeti”, üçüncü faktör “Ölçme ve Değerlendirme” ve dördüncü faktör “Mesleki Sorumluluk” olarak isimlendirilmiştir. ÖPÖÖ’nin DFA sonucunda dört faktörlü olarak elde edilen ölçeğin uyum indekslerinin kabul edilebilir değerler arasındadır. ÖPÖÖ’nin kendisi ve alt boyutlarının güvenirliğini belirlemek için Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Yapılan güvenilirlik analizlerine göre cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı değerleri; ÖPÖÖ’nin “Hazırlık ve Planlama” alt boyutu için .721; “Öğretim Hizmeti” için .810; “Ölçme ve Değerlendirme” için .710 ve “Mesleki Sorumluluk” için .740 değerleri bulunmuştur. ÖPÖÖ’nin iç tutarlılık katsayısı .913’dir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool based on the vignette technique to describe teachers’ performance self-evaluations. The study group consists of 347 teachers who are studying in primary schools in the central districts of Konya in the 2022-2023 academic year. 192 of the teachers are female and 155 are male. Findings regarding the construct validity of the scale were obtained through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, and whether the scale made stable measurements was determined by the test-retest method. The criterion validity of the “Teacher Performance Self-Evaluation Scale (TPSES) was determined by calculating the correlation coefficients. To reveal the findings regarding the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient was taken into account and it was determined that the scale was valid and reliable according to the analyzes made. According to the EFA results of the TPSES, the factor loads are between .416 and .738. The factor loads of all items of the TPSES were above .40, which was accepted, and the items measured the desired structure. The items were named according to the factors in which they were clustered. The first factor was named “preparation and planning”, the second factor was “teaching service”, the third factor was “assessment and evaluation” and the fourth factor was “professional responsibility”. The fit indices of the scale, which was obtained with four factors according to the CFA result of the TPSES, are among acceptable values. The Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient method was used to determine the reliability of the TPSES and its sub-dimensions. According to the reliability analyses, the Cronbach’s alpha internal consistency coefficient values were .721 for the “preparation and planning” sub-dimension of the TPSES, .810 for “teaching service”, .710 for “assessment and evaluation” and .740 for “professional responsibility”. The internal consistency coefficient of the whole scale is .913.
