Abstract
Bir insanı tanımak, anlamak yeni vizyonlar oluşturmak için yol haritası olabilir. Bir öğretmeni tanımak, öğretmen yetiştirme sürecindeki sorunların giderilmesinde önemli bir anahtar olabilir. Bir öğretmeni anlamak, bir toplumu anlamayı kolaylaştırabilir. Fark yaratan bir öğretmeni anlamak, anlatmak sayılarının artmasına katkıda bulunabilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı İsa Öğretmenin Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisinin düzenlediği Batı Karadeniz Fuarına, Fark Yaratan Öğretmen olarak davet edilişine kadar ki geçen hayat ve mesleki tecrübesini incelemeye çalışmaktır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden anlatı araştırması ile desenlenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; İsa Öğretmenin henüz ilkokul yıllarındaki yaşantılarının öğretmen olduktan sonraki sürecini beslediği anlaşılmıştır. Bir başka ifadeyle öğretmen olarak değişim ve dönüşüm için bir çaba ortaya koymasında çocukluk çağı yaşantıları etkili olmuştur. Sorumluluklarla dolu çocukluk çağının öğretmen olduktan sonra da görev yaptığı okullardaki öğrencilerin duygu durumunu anlamasına ve öğrencilerine karşı kendini daha fazla sorumlu hissetmesine ortam hazırladığı anlaşılmıştır. Fark yaratan öğretmen olmasının en önemli sebeplerinden birinin öğrencileriyle çok rahat iletişim kurabilmesi, bu iletişimin zamanla büyük bir bağa dönüşmesine dayandırmaktadır. Bu bağ öğrenciyi harekete geçirip gerçek potansiyelini ortaya koymasında azami öneme sahip olduğunu düşünmektedir. Ayrıca lisans ve yüksek lisans sürecinde ders aldığı hocaların bir kısmından çok etkilenmesi, akademik çalışmalarla daha ilgili olmasını sağlamıştır. Sonuç olarak; İsa Öğretmenin bu ilgisinin sürekli kendini bir arayışın içinde bulmasına katkı sunduğunu ve bu katkının da kendisini yenilemeye çalışmasını sağladığı anlaşılmıştır.

Abstract
Knowing and understanding a person can be a road map to create new visions. Knowing a teacher can be an important key to solving problems in the teacher training process. Understanding a teacher can make it easier to understand a society. Understanding and telling about a teacher who makes a difference can contribute to increasing their numbers. The purpose of this research is to try to examine the life and professional experience of Teacher İsa until he was invited to the Western Black Sea Fair organized by the Presidential Human Resources Office as a Changemaker Teacher. The study was designed with narrative research, one of the qualitative research methods. According to the findings of the research; It has been understood that the experiences of Teacher Isa during his primary school years nourished his process after he became a teacher. In other words, his childhood experiences were influential in his efforts for change and transformation as a teacher. It has been understood that his childhood full of responsibilities paved the way for him to understand the emotional state of the students in the schools where he worked and to feel more responsible towards his students, even after he became a teacher. One of the most important reasons why he is a teacher who makes a difference is that he can easily communicate with his students, and this communication turns into a great bond over time. He thinks that this bond is of utmost importance in activating the student and revealing his true potential. In addition, he was greatly influenced by some of the professors from whom he took courses during his undergraduate and graduate studies, which made him more interested in academic studies. In conclusion; It has been understood that this interest of Teacher Jesus contributed to him constantly finding himself in a search, and this contribution enabled him to try to renew himself.
