Abstract
Eğitim yönetimi; bir eğitim örgütünün veya öğrenme ortamının etkili bir şekilde planlanması, örgütlenmesi, yürütülmesi ve denetim süreçlerini kapsayan bir disiplindir. Eğitim yönetiminde liderler özelliklerinin örgütlere olumlu ya da olumsuz şekilde çok ciddi etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ifade edilen sindrella kompleksi de bu süreçlere etki yapan önemli kavramlardan bir tanesidir. Bu komplekse sahip kadınlar hayatları boyunca kendi benliklerini, kişiliklerini ve karakterlerini görmezden gelerek hep dışardan bir kahraman beklemişlerdir. Eğitim örgütlerinde ise bu durum etkili ve yeterli liderlik becerilerinin gelişimini son derece olumsuz etkilemiş ve örgütün dinamiğine, verimliliğine ve iklimine ciddi zarar vermiştir. Bu çalışmada eğitim yönetimi ve Sindrella kompleksi kavramları açıklanmış, ülkemizde bu konudaki çalışmalara değinilmiş ve bu kompleksin eğitim yönetimi süreçleri ile ilişkisine değinilerek çalışma bağlamında ortaya çıkan sonuç ve öneriler sıralanmıştır.

Abstract
Educational management is a discipline that covers the effective planning, organization, execution and supervision processes of an educational organization or learning environment. The characteristics of leaders in educational management have serious effects on organizations, either positively or negatively. The Cinderella complex expressed in this study is one of the important concepts that affect these processes. Women with this complex have always waited for a hero from outside, ignoring their own selves, personalities and characters throughout their lives. In educational organizations, this situation has extremely negatively affected the development of effective and sufficient leadership skills and seriously damaged the dynamics, efficiency and climate of the organization. In this study, the concepts of educational management and Cinderella complex are explained, studies in our country are mentioned, and the results and suggestions in the context of the study are listed by touching on the relationship of this complex with educational management processes.
