Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; üniversite öğrencilerinin, sanat eğitimi alanı içindeki Desen dersinin teorik öğrenme alanlarındaki başarılarını anlamlı bir şekilde ölçmeye yarayan bir test geliştirmektir. Desen, sanat alanının plastik, kavramsal ve düşünsel değerlerinin öğrenilmesini mümkün kılan eğitim yaşantılarını içermektedir. Sanat eğitimi alanında öğrencinin sahip olması istenen temel beceriler (çizgi olanakları ile nesneyi doğru görebilme, görüleni yansıtılabilme, imgesel yaratımlar oluşturma gibi) desen uygulamaları ile öğrencilere kazandırılmaktadır. Desen; hem resmin temeli hem de düşünce ve kavramların görsel-çizgisel anlatım yoludur. Alan yazında bulunan desen eğitiminin teorik öğrenme alanı ile ilgili çalışmalar incelendiğinde, geçerlik güvenirlik çalışması yapılmış Yükseköğretim Desen Bilgisi Başarı testine rastlanmamıştır. Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen Desen Bilgisi Başarı Testi, uzman görüşlerine baş-vurularak 42 maddeden oluşmuştur. Bu madde havuzu 148 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin çözümlenmesinde TAP Test Analiz Programı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda anlamlı ölçüm yapamayan maddeler çıkarılarak 30 maddeden oluşan nihai test oluşturulmuştur. Nihai test maddeleri ile yapılan analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, geliştirilen Desen Bilgisi Başarı Testinin üniversite öğrencileri için geçerli ve güvenilir bir test olduğunu göstermektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a test that can measure success in the art education field of theoretical learning Drawing lesson of university students in a meaningful way. Conceptual, plastic and intellectual values in the art can be learned through the learning areas of drawing. Students have the basic skills (to see objects accurately, seen reflected in the ability to create and imaginative creations, etc.) required in the field of art education are given to the students with design applications. The drawing can be explained as a basis for visual expression. Studies on theoretical learning in the field of education on drawing when examining in the literature, there was not found any research Drawing Success Test Toward the University Students that’s validity and reliability analyzes were performed. Drawing Success Test consists od 42 items according to experts under research. This test was applied to 148 students. While analyzing the data, TAP Testing Analysis Program was used. The test items were not able to get meaningful measurement according to the analysis was excluded from this test. The findings obtained from the analysis carried out by the final test items, developed "Design Achievement Test Info" Shows that there is a valid and reliable test for college students.
