Beden Eğitimi Öğretmen Adaylarının Eğitim Programı Okuryazarlık Düzeylerini Etkileyen Yordayıcıların İncelenmesi

Bu araştırmada beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeylerini etkileyen yordayıcıların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nicel araştırma desenlerinden ilişkisel tarama modelinde desenlenen bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı güz döneminde üniversitelerin Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulları ile Spor Bilimleri ve Eğitim Fakültelerinin “Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği” programının son sınıflarında öğrenim gören 651 beden eğitimi öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Eğitim Programı Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeylerinin yeterli olduğu, program okuryazarlıklarının daha çok okuma boyutunda yoğunlaştığı görülmüştür. Beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeylerini; mezun oldukları lise ve öğrenim gördükleri fakülte/yüksekokul türü anlamlı bir şekilde yordarken, cinsiyet anlamlı olarak yordamamaktadır. Fen Lisesi mezunu olan öğretmen adayları ile Eğitim Fakültesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören öğretmen adaylarının eğitim programı okuryazarlık düzeyleri daha yüksektir.

Abstract
This study aims to analyse the predictors affecting curriculum literacy levels of physical education teacher candidates. The study group of this research, which was designed in the relational survey model being one of the quantitative research designs, constitutes 651 physical education teacher candidates studying in the senior year of "Physical Education and Sports Teaching" program of the Physical Education and Sports Schools and Faculties of Sports Sciences and Education in the universities for the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. Data of the research were collected with the "Personal Information Form" and "The Curriculum Literacy Scale". It has been observed following the research that the curriculum literacy levels of physical education teacher candidates are sufficient, and their curriculum literacy is mostly concentrated in the reading dimension. While curriculum literacy levels of physical education teacher candidates are significantly predicted by the high school they graduated from and the type of faculty/college they studied, gender does not predict significantly. Curriculum literacy levels of teacher candidates who are graduates of Science High School and those teacher candidates studying in the Faculty of Education, Physical Education and Sports Teaching program are higher.
