Abstract
Bu araştırma, yaygın eğitim kurumlarında müzik eğitimi alan öğrencilere yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir müzik yetenek testi geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Türkiye’de halk eğitim merkezleri ve belediye sanat merkezlerinde öğrenci kabulü çoğunlukla herhangi bir yetenek değerlendirmesi yapılmadan gerçekleşmekte, bu durum eğitim sürecinin verimliliğini ve sınıf içi dengeyi olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu doğrultuda yürütülen araştırmanın amacı, yaygın eğitim kurumlarında uygulanabilecek, geçerli ve güvenilir bir müzik yetenek testi geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Beykoz ve Zeytinburnu’ndaki kurumlarda eğitim gören, müzik yeteneğiyle tanılanmış 94 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada literatür taraması, uzman görüşleri, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve online yetenek testi uygulanmış; elde edilen veriler nitel analizle değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular, geliştirilen testin öğrenci seçiminde objektif bir araç olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, hem yaygın eğitim kurumlarında eğitim sürecinin daha verimli hale gelmesi hem de farklılıklar ve yeteneklerin doğru şekilde belirlenerek, eğitim sürecinin daha nitelikli ve verimli hâle getirilebilmesi açısından bir model oluşturmayı hedeflemiştir.

Abstract
This research aims to develop a valid and reliable musical aptitude test for students receiving music education in non formal education institutions. Student admission to public education centers and municipal art centers in Turkey often occurs without any aptitude assessment, negatively impacting the efficiency of the educational process and classroom balance. The aim of this research is to develop a valid and reliable musical aptitude test applicable to non formal education institutions. The study sample consists of 94 students with musical talent who are receiving education at institutions in Beykoz and Zeytinburnu. The study utilized a literature review, expert opinions, a semi structured interview form, and an online aptitude test, and the data obtained were evaluated through qualitative analysis. The findings demonstrate that the developed test can be used as an objective tool for student selection. The results of this study aim to create a model for both increasing the efficiency of the educational process in non-formal education institutions and for making the educational process more productive and efficient by accurately identifying differences and abilities.
