SPOR UZMANLARI VE SPOR YÖNETİCİLİĞİ SON SINIF ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN TÜRK SPOR YÖNETİMİNDEKİ MEVCUT SORUNLARI ALGILAMA DÜZEYLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Spor Uzmanları ve Spor Yöneticiliği son sınıf öğrencilerinin Türk Spor Yönetimindeki mevcut sorunları algılama düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 2014-2015 yılları arasında Spor Bakanlığı bünyesinde çalışan 45 spor uzmanı ile spor yöneticiliği bölümünde öğrenim gören 47 son sınıf öğrencisi olmak üzere toplamda 92 kişi oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri 2012 yılında Özen ve ark. tarafından geliştirilen Türk Spor Yönetimindeki mevcut sorunlar ölçeği ve katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde parametrik testlerden olan ve ikili gurupların karşılaştırılmasında kullanılan bağımsız gruplar t-testi uygulanmış ve tüm istatiksel değerlendirmelerde anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Elde edilen analiz sonuçlarına göre ölçekte sorgulanan 40 sorun tek tek ele alındığında; 8 sorun hakkında spor yöneticiliği son sınıf öğrencileri ile spor uzmanlarının arasında anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to compare the level of perception of the current problems in the Turkish Sport Management by the senior students studying sports management and sport experts. The research group includes 92 people (45 sports experts working in the Ministry of Sports between 2014-2015 and 47 senior students studying sports management) who have voluntarily participated in the study. The data of the study were collected with a scale called The current problems in the Turkish Sport Management which was developed by Özen et al. in 2012 and "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher in order to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants. In the analysis of the data, t-test was applied to the independent groups used in the comparison of the binary groups of the parametric tests and the significance level was accepted as p <0.05 in all the statistical evaluations. According to the results of the analysis, when 40 problems, questioned in the scale, are analyzed one by one. significant differences were found related to 8 problems between senior year students studying sports management and sports specialists.
