Abstract

Through the medium of FATİH project, It is planned to increase the substructural and technological facilities in learning and teaching process and planned also an achievement in learning more effectively and forcefully. Being successful in this Project depends on not only placing the technological facilities that the Project provides, into the classroom but also the process of students and teachers using this technologies properly. The planner, the manager and the simplifier of this process must be the teacher. It is not possible to be mentioned that those substructural and technological facilities are accomodated through out the whole educational system. Yet the teachers in the educational system must be ready to use these Technologies and facilities adequately. At this point, it is very important the teachers in the system are supposed to feel the belief of being competent about using this technologiesinfluentially. This belief is called self-efficacy. The results of researches shows us that those who have higher self-efficacy level work hard and are strong-minded, put a good performance for than dare more successful. So a significant question which needs to be replied on whether Fatih project is going to be successful or not is the same thing how the teachers have eagerness of using the technology and belief of self-efficacy. The goal of this research is to analyse the teachers’ belief of self-efficacy on using Technologies related to Fatih project. There search is thetype of scannig. The data is brought together reaching 285 teachers working in the town, Melikgazi- Kayseri via questionary. About the collecting data, TheScale of Self-efficacy in the Technologies of The Project of FATİH which the researcher improved himself and made the study of reliability and validity was used. At the conclusion of the research the most of the teachers joining the work out have the medium level of self-efficacy on using the technologies of Fatih project. Moreover, the belief of self-efficacy varies enormously depending on the ages and the ranks and the faculties of the teachers graduated but not on the gender definitely.
