Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine KursiyerNet distance education Platform in terms of lifelong learning. Content analysis method is used in this research. The sample of the research are computer programs located in KursiyerNET distance education platform. Data were collected on April 4, 2015. Referring to the five experts’ opinions, programs and course topics are classified as basic, intermediate, and advanced levels. According to the research, this result is achieved: There are 27 computer programs in the context of KursiyerNet distance learning platform. 2 of programs are basic level, 21 of them are intermediate level, and 4 of them are advanced level. There are 595 video lectures belongs to these programs. 133 of them are basic, 401 of them are intermediate level, and 61of them are advanced level. There are the most intermediate level programs. Course subjects the most publicized belongs to the intermediate level computer programs.
