Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relational studies of organizational culture and climate at schools using meta-analysis. In this study, the relationship between school culture and leadership behavior of school administrators with their communication skills, job values of teachers and student achievement; the relationship between school climate and leadership behaviors of school administrators and violence were analyzed using 19 research studies. According to findings, there is a positive, large relationship between school culture and communication skills of school administrators. While the relationship between school culture and leadership behavior of school administrators is positive and small, the relationship between school climate and leadership behavior of school administrators is positive and large. The relationship between school culture and job values of teachers and students achievement is positive and small. There is a negative and small relationship between school climate and violence.
