Files of the adolescences who committed crime at least twice were investigated in Nevsehir Police Department. Interviews were done with 20 children which were among the children committed crime. By these interviews, information about the variables were collected which were about the socio-economic situation of the quilty children’s families, their education levels, relationships, interaction with the surroundings. Content analysis was applied. This investigation is in qualitative pattern and illustrative Case Study method was used. It is expected that the investigation results will be beneficial and useful fort he other investigation and projects about the quilty children in Nevsehir. It is thought that the results of this investigation will be helpful for he rehabilitation of the children who have the risk of commiting crime.},author={F.
