Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal perceptions of high school final grade students related to the quality of the educational services they had in their schools. The research was carried out with the students in “numerical” and “equally weighted” fields studying at final grade of Erzincan Anatolian High School. Totally 71 students participated into the research in 2015-2016 academic year. During the research process, “High School Final Grade Students School Satisfaction Scale” developed by the researcher developed by the researcher was used. The research scale was developed depending upon the pre-implementation results. The scale was determined to have a multi-factor structure; and total variance explained by the factors was noticed to be 46,332%; and Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient was specified to vary between .813 and .918. In the research, it was proved that the factor high school final grade students considered as the most efficient was “student identification and student-centered educational services.” The factor students considered their schools as inadequate was noticed to be “student personal development services.” The research results revealed that cognitive academic competition based student-centered i
