Phenomenology, which is one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study and the study group of the research was selected by the easily accessible case sampling method. Research data was obtained via semi-structured interview form from 21 teachers working in different branches in İstanbul province in 2015-2016 academic year. The interviews were executed by face to face.
