The sample group of this study is composed of 20 research assistants working at different universities. The researcher was reached the study group with objective sampling method. Content analysis method was used in the research analysis. According to the results of the research, the most infringed ethical values are the lack of ethical permits for the research, plagiarism and lack of proper reference. The reasons of unethical behaviours expressed as researchers do not have enough knowledge about ethics, late release of ethical permits and make research in a short time.
