According to research findings, the level of organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviours of middle school teachers working in public and private schools was determined as high. Teachers' perceptions of organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors differ according to the school type they are working. Teachers working in private schools feel more organizational trust and exhibit more organizational citizenship behaviours han teachers working in public schools.
