Research is designed in document analysis model from the qualitative research methods. Within the scope of the research, a total of 1142 theses including 152 doctoral and 990 graduate theses published in the field of Educational Management between 2010-2016 were included in the sampling. The data of the research was obtained by using an "Academic Publication Evaluation Form" consisting of eleven (11) items. The data of the research was analyzed by using content analysis method. 1142 theses taken in the scope of the research; the distributions according to the years were examined and the results were presented in tables and interpreted under the headings such as thesis type, research methods used, preferred sampling methods, preferred sample types, data collection methods, data analysis methods, validity and reliability determination methods.},author={Gökhan DEMİRHAN-Okan KARACA},year={2018},journal={The Journal of International Educational Sciences}}
