For this purpose, fifteen caregivers working in the Istanbul care rehabilitation and family counselling canter were interviewed. Semi-structured interview method was used in the research. The caregivers were asked five open-ended questions. The results were analysed by descriptive analysis. For this purpose, fifteen caregivers working in the Istanbul care rehabilitation and family counselling center were interviewed. According to the research results, it has been seen that the caregivers have some problems while working with the kids with OSB. They have stated that they don't know how to treat them properly, they feel physically inadequate, they have some psychological problems and therefore they become angry, nervous, stressed and tired, and these all have negative effects on their daily lives. In addition to these, the vast majority of caregivers stated that they were satisfied with the salary they received, they stated that they felt lack of knowledge about how they would treat children.
