Abstract
Okul, öğrencilerin eğitim yoluyla kazanmaları beklenen bilgi ve tutumların merkezi olarak görülmektedir. Öğrenciler, zamanlarının çoğunu okulda geçirmektedir. Bu nedenle, okul ile ilgili başarılar ve öğrencilere sunulan hizmetler, okuldan memnuniyetlerini büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğrencilerin hayal ettikleri ideal okul modeline dayalı bir model önerisi geliştirmektir. Çalışma nitel yöntemle yapılmıştır. Lise öğrencileriyle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğrencilerin görüşleri ve hayalleri doğrultusunda üç boyut ve 6 alt boyuttan oluşan bir ideal okul model önerisi sunulmuştur.

Abstract
School is seen as the center of knowledge and attitudes that students are expected to gain through education. Students spend most of their time at school. Therefore, school-related successes and services provided to students greatly affect their satisfaction with school. The purpose of this research is to develop a model proposal based on the ideal school model that students dream of. The study was conducted with a qualitative method. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with high school students. As a result of the research, an ideal school model proposal consisting of three dimensions and 6 sub-dimensions was presented in line with the students' views and dreams.
