Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yapay zekânın ölçme değerlendirme süreç ve uygulamaları konusundaki yeri ve önemi konusunda akademisyen görüşlerinin ortaya çıkarılmasını sağlamaktır. Gelişmiş eğitim sistemleri, teknolojiyi, okullarına, öğrenme ortamlarına, öğrencilerin her türlü örgün öğrenme çevrelerine hızlıca transfer edebilen eğitim sistemleridir. Bunlardan biri kuşkusuz 21. Yüzyılın en önemli teknolojik devrimlerinden biri olan yapay zekânın ortaya çıkardığı yeni fırsat pencereleridir. Öğrenme öğretme yaşantılarının ortaya çıkarılması bağlamında, öğretim süreçlerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde, öğrenci performansının gerçekçi verilerle ölçülüp değerlendirilmesinde yapay zekâdan son derece yararlanma imkânları vardır. Yapay zekâ ile yapay zekânın yarattığı teknolojik ürün ve yenilikler; eğitim uygulamalarının hemen her aşamasına katkı sağlayabilecek değişimi ortaya çıkarma potansiyeline sahip çabalardır. “Yapay zekânın ölçme değerlendirmedeki yeri ve önemi” adlı bu araştırma, nitel modelde desenlenmiş, görüşme yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiş betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya, Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesi’nin farklı fakültelerinde görev yapan en az 10 yıllık öğreticilik deneyimine sahip 11 akademisyen katılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ve 5 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu Ölçme Değerlendirme bilim dalı akademisyenlerinden alınan görüşler doğrultusunda, içerik analizleri yapılarak geliştirilmiştir.
Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre akademisyenler, eğitimde, yapay zekâ ürünü ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının kullanımının, ölçme değerlendirme sonuçlarının daha nesnel ve güvenilir performanslarının elde edilmesinde çok önemli katkılarının olabileceğini düşünmektedirler. Akademisyenler, yapay zekâya dayalı olarak üretilen, kullanılan ölçme değerlendirme araçlarının öğrencilerin öğretim performansının en gerçekçi bir şekilde ölçülüp değerlendirilmesine ve bu durumun sürekli geliştirilmesine çok önemli katkılarının ortaya çıkarılabileceğine inanmaktadırlar. Bu araştırma ile ulaşılan sonuçlar, yapay zekânın öğrenci performansının gerçekçi bir biçimde saptanmasında ortaya çıkabilecek etik problemleri en aza düşürebileceği anlaşılmaktadır. 21. Yüzyıl öğretim teknolojilerinin yarattığı yapay zekâ ürünü ölçme değerlendirme materyalleri daha objektif ölçme değerlendirme sonuçlarının ortaya çıkarılmasında ölçme değerlendirme bilim alanına olağanüstü destek sağlayabilecek potansiyellere sahiptir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to reveal the views of academicians on the place and importance of artificial intelligence in assessment and evaluation processes and practices. Advanced education systems are education systems that can quickly transfer technology to schools, learning environments, and all kinds of formal learning environments of students. One of these is undoubtedly one of the most important technological revolutions of the 21st century, the new windows of opportunity created by artificial intelligence. In the context of revealing learning and teaching experiences, there are opportunities to benefit from artificial intelligence in the realisation of teaching processes, measurement and evaluation of student performance with realistic data. Artificial intelligence and the technological products and innovations created by artificial intelligence are efforts that have the potential to bring about change that can contribute to almost every stage of educational practices. This research titled ‘The place and importance of artificial intelligence in measurement and evaluation’ is a descriptive study designed in qualitative model and conducted by interview method. Eleven academicians with at least 10 years of teaching experience working in different faculties of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University participated in the study. The semi-structured interview form consisting of 5 questions used in the research was developed by content analyses in line with the opinions received from the academicians of the Measurement and Evaluation science branch.
According to the findings obtained from the research, academics think that the use of artificial intelligence measurement and evaluation tools in education can make significant contributions to obtaining more objective and reliable performances of measurement and evaluation results. Academicians believe that the measurement and evaluation tools produced and used based on artificial intelligence can make very important contributions to the most realistic measurement and evaluation of students' teaching performance and the continuous improvement of this situation. The results of this research suggest that artificial intelligence can minimise the ethical problems that may arise in determining student performance in a realistic way. 21st century teaching technologies created by artificial intelligence have the potential to provide extraordinary support to the field of assessment and evaluation science in producing more objective assessment and evaluation results.
