Abstract
Tüm öğrencilerin bir arada kaliteli eğitim almasına dayanan kapsayıcı eğitim ile beraber, sınıflarda öğrenci profili git gide daha heterojen hale gelmektedir. Bu çeşitlilikte öğrenci içeren sınıflarda öğretmenlerin etkili öğretimi sağlayabilmesi için sınıf yönetimi konusunda yetkin olması gerekmektedir. Bunun için öğretmenlere bazı sınıf yönetim araçları yardım etmektedir. Öğretmenlerin, öğrenci davranışlarını yönetebilmesi için kullanılan sınıf yönetim araçlarından biri de Renk Çarkı Sistemi’dir. Renk Çarkı Sistemi, geçiş zamanları da dahil olmak üzere farklı uygulamalar için farklı kurallar içermektedir. Ayrıca Renk Çarkı Sistemi, sınıfların gereksinimlerine göre uyarlanabilmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Renk Çarkı Sistemi’ni tanıtılması; Renk Çarkı Sistemi’nin hazırlanması ve kullanılmasına yönelik açıklamaların örneklerle sunulmasıdır. Ayrıca uygulama sırasında dikkat edilecek noktalar ve uyarlamalara da yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
Along with inclusive education, which is based on all students receiving quality education together, the student profile in classrooms is becoming increasingly heterogeneous. In order for teachers with such diverse students to provide effective teaching, they must be competent in classroom management. To this end, certain classroom management tools assist teachers. One of the classroom management tools used by teachers to manage student behavior is the Color Wheel System. The Color Wheel System contains different rules for different applications, including transition times. Furthermore, the Color Wheel System can be adapted to the needs of the classroom. The purpose of this research is to introduce the Color Wheel System and to provide explanations with examples on how to prepare and use the Color Wheel System. It also includes points to consider during implementation and adaptations.
