Abstract

Boşanma, hukuk yönünden evlilik sözleşmesinin sona ermesidir, ruhsal açıdan ise ailenin bölünmesine ya da tümden dağılmasına yol açan ve bütün aile üyelerini sarsan karmaşık bir olaydır. Günümüzde çekirdek aile yapısı boşanma nedeniyle parçalanmakta ve parçalanan aile üyelerinden her biri belli oranlarda, evliliği yürütememenin ağırlığı ile psikolojik travmalar yaşamaktadırlar. Ancak bu süreçte psikolojik yönden en çok etkilenen çocuklar olmaktadır. Erken çocukluk dönemindeki çocuklar ebeveynlerinin boşanmasına üzüntü, yalnızlık, gerileme, reddetme, uyku problemleri, okul başarısızlığı, toplumsal uyumsuzluklar, kaygılı depresyonlar, saldırganlık, itaatsizlik gibi değişik tepkiler gösterirler. Bununla birlikte boşanma sonrasında çocuklar kişisel gelişimlerindeki ciddi sorunlar nedeniyle ilerleyen yıllarda topluma uyum sağlama problemleri yaşamaktadırlar. Dolayısıyla boşanma, kişisel ve ailevi problem olmaktan çok toplumun genelini ilgilendiren sonuçlar doğurmakta ve toplumumuzun geleceği çocuklarımızı derinden etkilemektedir.

Abstract

Divorce is ending marriage contract in terms of law and a complicated event that is causing division or disintegration of a family and shooking all family members spiritually. Today, the nuclear family structure is fragmented because of divorce and each of this family members are experiencing psychological trauma with a certain extent by the weight of sustaining a marriage. However, in this process, it is the children who are most affected by psychological aspect. Early childhood children give different reactions to their parents' divorce such as sadness, loneliness, decline, deny, sleep problems, school failure, social incompatibilities, anxious depressions, aggression, disobedience. Besides, after divorce children are having adaptation problems to the community in the following years due to serious problems in their personal development. Therefore, divorce has consequences for the general public rather than personal and family problems and the future of our society deeply affects our children.
