Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı göreve yeni başlayan ilkokul müdürlerinin karşılaştıkları yönetsel sorunları incelemektir. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2019 - 2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır il merkez okullarında görev yapan 25, ilçe merkez okullarında görev yapan 25 ve köy okullarında görev yapan 25 okul müdürü olmak üzere toplamda 75 okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerini toplamak amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 5 açık uçlu sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre; okul müdürlerinin karşılaştığı sorunların başında, ilgisiz veliler, gelişime açık olmayan öğretmenler, okulun fiziksel ve donanımsal eksiklikleri, ilçe milli eğitim müdürlüklerinin özellikle köy okullarına yeteri kadar önem vermemeleri gelmektedir. Bu sonuçlara göre, öğretmenlerin bakış açılarını olumlu yönde etkileyecek hizmet içi eğitimlere yer verilebilir. İlçe milli eğitim müdürlükleri rehber öğretmenlerin bulunmadığı okullara belirli aralıklar ile rehber öğretmen görevlendirebilir. İlçe milli eğitim müdürlükleri özellikle köy okullarına daha duyarlı olabilir.

Abstract
The aim of this project is to examine the managerial problem faced by school principals. The research was carried out as a qualitative study. The sample of the study was conducted by 25 school principals working in Diyarbakır provincial central shcools 25 school principals working in central district shcools 25 school principals working in rurals schools, 75 principals in total. In order to collect the research data, a semi-structured interview form consisting of 5 open-ended questions developed by the researchers was used. For the validity of the semi-structured interview form, expert opinions were received. Using the consistancy formula developed by According to the results obtained in the study at issue, the primary problem of shcool principals is that there are uninterested parents, teachers who are not open to development, the physical and equipment deficiencies of school and the district directorates of national education do not give enough importance to the village schools. According to these results, in-service trainings which will affect teachers’ perspectives can be given. District directorates of national education may assign guidence teachers to the schools where there are no guidance teachers atcertain intervals. District directorates of national education may be particularly sensitive to the village schools.
