Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı; okullardaki okul iklimi ile öğretmenlerin performans düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkilerin neler olduğunu belirlemektir. Öğretmen performanslarının okul iklimi ile ilişkisini inceleyerek olumlu bir okul ikliminin geliştirilmesi için yapılacak olan çalışmalara yön gösterilmesini sağlayacaktır. Geleceğimiz olan öğrencilerin yetişmesinde vazgeçilmez örgüt olan okullardaki iklimin; öğretmen motivasyonu, öğrenci başarısı ve bireylerin sosyal duygularına birçok yönden etki etmesi bu araştırmanın hazırlanmasında etkili olmuştur. Bu araştırmada farklı okul iklimlerinde görülen durumlar ortaya konulmakla beraber elde edilen veri ve araştırmalar sonucu sağlıklı bir okul iklimine ve başarılı bir eğitim-öğretim ortamına katkıda bulunmak en büyük gayemizdir. Örgüt iklimi, iklim tipleri, okul iklimi ve performans konuları incelenmiş olup bu doğrultuda okul iklimlerinin sağlıklı bir yönde geliştirilmesi için çözüm önerilerine yer verilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine what the relations between the school climate in schools and the performance levels of teachers are. It will examine the relationship of teacher performance with the school climate and provide direction to the studies to be carried out to develop a positive school climate. The climate in schools, which is an indispensable organization for the education of students with our future, teacher motivation, student success and the influence of individuals on their social feelings in many ways were effective in the preparation of this study. With together the situations seen in different school climates are revealed in this research, as a result of the data and research obtained, it is our greatest goal to contribute to a healthy school climate and a successful educational environment. Organizational climate, climate types, school climate and performance issues have been studied in this direction, solution proposals for the development of school climates in a healthy direction have been included.
