Abstract
Eğitim örgütlerinin denetlenmesi gerekir. Denetimin en etkili yollarından birisi teftiştir. Teftiş, müfettişlerin eğitim kurumlarını değerlendirmesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı yeni hazırlanan eğitim müfettişleri yönetmeliğine ilişkin müfettiş görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma, müfettişlerin görüşlerine dayalı nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 14 eğitim müfettişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme sonunda elde edilen veriler betimsel ve içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma bulgularına göre, eğitim müfettişleri sistemin tek çatı altında birleştirilmesini istemektedirler. Önemli bir sorun olarak iş yükünün fazlalığı ve müfettiş sayısının azlığından yakınmaktadırlar. Eğitim sisteminin en önemli sorunu olarak olumsuz bir müfettiş algısı olduğunu ve liyakatsiz yöneticilerin iş başına getirildiğini dile getirmişlerdir. Müfettişler önerilerinde yönetmeliğin beklentilerini karşılamadığını belirtmişler ancak eğitim müfettişleri kurulu başkanlıklarının kurulmasını olumlu karşılamışlardır.

Abstract
Educational organizations need to be audited. One of the most effective ways of audited is inspection. Inspection is the evaluation of educational institutions by inspectors. The aim of this study is to reveal the inspectors' views on the newly prepared regulation on education inspectors.. The study is a qualitative study based on the opinions of the inspectors. The study group of the research consists of 14 education inspectors. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers is used to collect the research data. The data obtained at the end of the interview were subjected to descriptive and content analysis. According to the research findings, education inspectors want the system to be combined under one roof. As an important problem, they complain about the excessive workload and the low number of inspectors. They stated that the most important problem of the education system is the negative perception of inspectors and that unqualified administrators are appointed. In their suggestions, the inspectors stated that the regulation did not meet their expectations, but they welcomed the establishment of the education inspectors' boards.
