Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde yayımlanmış olan problem çözme temalı tezlerin betimsel içerik analizinin yapılıp çeşitli değişkenlere göre genel eğilimlerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırma doküman inceleme yönteminin kullanıldığı nitel bir araştırmadır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemi kapsamında benzerlik ve farklılıklarına göre kategorik olarak gruplandırılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; 7. Sınıf öğrencileri üzerinde en fazla çalışılmanın yapıldığı ve 0 -100 arası örneklem büyüklüğünün en fazla kullanıldığı görülmüştür. İncelenen tezlerde en fazla nicel araştırma yaklaşımının kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Veri toplama aracı olarak en fazla problem testleri kullanılmıştır, t-testi ve betimsel içerik analizi de en fazla kullanılan veri analiz yöntemleri olmuştur. Ayrıca problem çözme stratejileri ve üstbiliş becerileri de en çok çalışılan konular olmuştur.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to make a descriptive content analysis of problem solving themed theses published in the National Thesis Centre and to determine their gene-ral tendencies according to various variables. The research is a qualitative research in which document analysis method is used. The data were categorically grouped and analysed according to their similarities and differences within the scope of con-tent analysis method. According to the results of the research; it was seen that the most studies were conducted on 7th grade students and the sample size between 0-100 was used the most. It was seen that quantitative research approach was mostly used in the analysed theses. Problem tests were mostly used as data collection tools, t-test and descriptive content analysis were the most commonly used data analysis methods. In addition, problem solving strategies and metacognitive skills were the most studied topics.
