Teacher job depends on in service and post training. Teacher candidate are focused examination. Therefore, they are perceive of secondary importance in service training. Whereas pre-service training is essential for quality education. The purpose of the study, to determine expectations relates to the its branches of elemantary teachers. The sample of the research 121 elementary pre-teacher in the faculty of education at the Dumlupınar University. Research was implemented in 2015-16 academic year. Research data were collected by a survey. The questionnaire reliability coefficient was find as 0,923. Research was used both descriptive and interpretative statistical methods. According to study 70.2% of candidates lessons in finding partially sufficient, on professional qualifications. 65.3% of teachers think that there is a relationship between student achievement. They want to get an education about the most plays activities. This training followed communication with children and anger management. Therefore, faculties of education must resolve the expectations of pre-teacher. Faculties should reinforce the lesson content. Faculties should improve their teaching practices. If necessary should be made training out services.
