The aim of this study is teacher-oriented evaluation of the Teacher Strategy Document (2017 - 2023) and the 2023 Education Vision. Thus, it will be possible to contribute to the teacher and teacher training system which is at the center of the education reforms. In this study, the study of field literature from qualitative research methods was used. Considering the Teacher Strategy Document (2017 - 2023), 2023 Education Vision and related literature, it can be concluded that the continuous changes in teacher training, candidacy and recruitment processes in Turkey negatively affect both teacher training and the education system in general. It is planned to eliminate these impacts on the Turkish education system and teachers with the Teacher Strategy Document (2017-2023) and 2023 Education Vision developed by the Ministry of National Education and to make teacher-centered reforms. In this study, in line with the Teacher Strategy Document (2017 - 2023), 2023 Education Vision and the related literature, a number of suggestions have been developed in order to reach the educational objectives of the country more effectively and efficiently.
